Take a gentle trip canoeing on our Devon lakes and rivers. Canadian canoes takes two adults, an adult and up to two children or three children. However you need to work together, as otherwise you go round in circles! We offer a range of activity sessions, from half-day to weekend expeditions at our BCU accredited centre.

Canoeing can be booked for a group activity and is also available on our family multi-activity breaks. During the summer we also offer a weekend canoe expedition (one of Discovery Break courses); these trips include an overnight camp as well as some instruction of basic paddling technqiues. These courses are open to families and adults; some courses can be tailored for specific age groups. You can also book your own expedition on a date that suits you, subject to a minimum group size and staff availability.
