The Goods Shed @ YHA Okehampton is part of the YHA network in south-west England. It is well situated to take advantage of the highest peaks and the most remote areas in southern England, as these are all within walking distance of the Youth Hostel. The Goods Shed site hosts Adventure Okehampton's Activity centre, as well as offering accommodation for up to 115 people in 24 bedrooms with full central heating. We offer all day access to the Hostel, where reception is normally manned 8.00am to 10.00pm in the peak season.
The Goods Shed at YHA Okehampton is proud to hold the English Tourism Council 3 star Hostel badge.
As an Enterprise hostel Adventure Okehampton is constantly seeking to improve the facilities that we offer to YHA members. Currently we are working on more en-suite rooms, as part of our ongoing programme of upgrades.
The site is situated within large enclosed grounds with single entry for extra security.

- Bunk rooms with 2, 4 or 6 beds
- Family rooms with 4 or 6 beds, three of which have en-suite shower and toilet facilities
- Resident warden is present on-site
